ATHLETIC CONDITIONING 360 (Sandee) A strength and conditioning class that emphasizes constantly-varied movement. Work endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, and balance, maximizing your performance and fitness for any physical challenge or activity! No experience required.
CARDIO BLAST (Sandee) Fun choreography, great music and a high-to-low cardio workout. This has it all. Surround yourself with like-minded, enthusiastic people while getting in shape.
CARDIO KICKBOXING (Leah) A fun and effective cardio workout that engages almost every muscle in your body. Torches calories and tones your arms, abs, shoulders, back, and legs at the same time. This action-packed workout combines a series of punching and kicking combinations, this class improves strength, muscle tone and endurance.
DANCE FIT (Leah) A high-energy dance workout with a mix of fun dance styles.
I GOTTA TABATA! (Jeannie Zingg) It's four minutes of high-intensity training, alternating between 20 seconds of max training followed by a 10-second rest for a total of eight rounds. These workouts are fast-paced and fun and burn up tons of calories. In this workout, we bring you 4-5 sets of Tabata, plus a little warm up and cool down.
POWER HOUR (Leah) A fun, intense power class that focuses on building and toning muscle. In this class we use body weight and a variety of equipment and creativity!
SHINE DANCE FITNESS (Sandee) Escape to our 1-hour dance fitness class, tap into your youthful spirit, and dance like no one is watching!
STEP 360! (Sandee) You get all the benefits of Step class, including your favorite choreography. But this time, we turn up the intensity by interspersing athletic drills.
WARRIOR BOOT CAMP (Coralee) Challenging full-body workout using all kinds of workout formats and equipment, for a great sweaty workout. All moves can be modified to accommodate a range of fitness levels so everyone can have fun.
STRENGTH, STRETCH AND CORE
CORE 30 (Jeannie Zingg) Let's work out the pains of the week and prepare your body for the weekend! Foam roller massage and deep stretching will help relieve tight muscles and let your body recover for that next game! Foam rolling is also called myofascial release and is designed to work out the “knots” in your muscles. Addressing these knots can have a positive effect on your future workouts.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS (Coralee) This class is formatted for our low-impact and Senior members. Combines seated and standing weight training and cardio. Stability balls, bands and much more.
POWER CORE (Coralee) Want to improve your tennis swing? Then strengthen that Core! Front, back, low, high, all areas of the core will be worked in this great workout. Body-weight and different equipment will be used. 30 min
TGIF STRETCH (Jeannie Zingg) Thank goodness it’s Friday! After you have worked out hard all week long, treat your body to this deep stretch class and get a relaxing start to the weekend! All age levels welcome!
YOGA FOR TENNIS (Christine) A 30 minutes class specifically designed to increase agility, balance, concentration, and strength both on and off the court
YOGA FLOW (Christine) An all-in-one workout that blends fitness elements with powerful Yoga poses. This class will balance strength while lengthening your muscles though the warming flow of Yoga. You will achieve all-over body strength, balance and flexibility while moving through dynamic Yoga sequences.
PILATES MATWORK (Christine) The emphasis is on strengthening abdominal and back muscles through a sequence of mat exercises that promotes a sense of mastery, strength, balance and flexibility.
GENTLE YOGA (Christine) A slower and relaxing form of Yoga with an emphasis on proper form, breathing techniques and relaxation. This class will leave you feeling fully stretched and rejuvenated.
YIN YOGA (Christine) This yoga class is the deeper stretching and meditative side of yoga. We work through the different chakras of the body holding poses for longer periods of time. Yin yoga will work into deep muscle, fascia and tissues- the perfect complement for any other work-out to increase strength and flexibility in a relaxing setting. Low impact and suitable for any fitness level (1 hour class)
