ABOUT EAGLE TENNIS CLUB
Eagle Tennis Club began as a dream years ago when Eagle resident, business woman and tennis player, Kara Hoge, saw the need for a state of the art tennis and fitness club in the valley. People wanted a family-friendly place to gather, play tennis, stay active, have fun and make new friends.
Over the years, she listened to tennis players, community members, fitness trainers and club owners, as well as traveling to many clubs to learn how to successfully build a welcoming, first class club for the community.
Kara decided on the name, Eagle Tennis Club because of the beautiful city of Eagle location and abbreviated letters ETC. ETC also stands for etcetera, that means, and other things. Eagle Tennis Club will be a place where families, friends, and visitors gather for tennis, fitness, socializing and fun.
She partnered with local business man, community developer and athlete, Caleb Roope, to develop the dream and provide a valuable asset to the treasure valley and city of Eagle residents.
After years of due diligence, we have brought together a talented team of professionals to create a very special community and venue at the Eagle Tennis Club. It is much more than a place of tennis or even a club – it is a community of friends who enjoy participating together in an active, healthier way of living.
Eagle Tennis Club is located at the Southeast corner of Highway 44 (State St) and Edgewood Lane with a traffic light for easy access with ample parking. ETC backs up to the green belt and many housing communities for people to walk and bike to our facility.
As we build Phase I of the Eagle Tennis Club, it will include 12 state-of-the-art, year round climate controlled indoor courts, floating mezzanine for excellent viewing, restaurant, fitness and so much more.
